DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Our free shipping within USA  takes usually between 2-4 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email and can track the shipment at any time.

SHIPPING QUALITY

If your package arrives damaged, please send us pictures of the outer packaging, inner packaging and the damaged bag rack for a damage loss report.  We pack secure and with care and damage is rare however it can occur.

 

 

SHIPPED AS ONE OR MULTIPLE BOXES

Did you order two, but only one arrived?  Please wait another 1-2 business days. We always pack individually, otherwise there is a risk that they will damage each other during transport. But we send both packages on the same day.
